Many hands make for quick work

And to think,

it all started when a group of Lopezians got together (no doubt a potluck) and decided to lend their helping hands to what was then a fledgling library.

Over the years, both have grown—the library into a haven for all walks and interests, and the Friends, the ever-faithful companion.

Whether it’s manning the summer Farmer’s Market booth,

working the annual Fourth of July book sale, hosting in-home concert events, you’ll find the Friends. And you’ll make friends, too.

Because that’s how we roll:
